China-Romanian intergovernmental cooperation projects in science and technology     Through technical cooperation, the technology transfer and trade, solar water heater system and photovoltaic system and components are to be promoted. The plant is going to be built up in the relatively mature market for creating the conditions of China’s solar products entry into Romania and opening up the European market.
