On 23rd July 2010, Secretary WANG Xinmin and his delegation from Heibei Academy of Sciences pay a visit to Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute / UNIDO International Solar Energy Center for Technology Promotion and Transfer, accompanied by Secretary ZHOU Tianyou and Vice President ZHOU Jianping from Gansu Academy of Sciences. A meeting is held among the delegation, Gansu Academy of Sciences and Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute / UNIDO International Solar Energy Center for Technology Promotion and Transfer, after visiting the conference center, training center and several renewable energy technology applied on the new ISEC headquarter. It is indeed a model and pride for our nation to have an institute and organization as Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute and UNIDO International Solar Energy Center for your outstanding achievement in R&D on solar and other renewable energy, international training, international cooperation and communication. After years of investigation and negotiation, make the ISEC finally settled down in Lanzhou, which shows persistence and entrepreneurial spirit of Gansu people. It is a model for all the research agencies including Hebei Academy of Sciences and we hope to have further communication and cooperation with you.
